(date: 02-Mar-2009) Subject: Horrible Customer Service!!! Comment: I ordered a set of four tires and when they showed up on my doorstep one was dented in the sidewall and the other tire was a different tire all together! I called them and they apologized for the mistake and sent out two new tires and came to pick up the old ones. So now these new ones get here and one of them is again the wrong tire all together!!! Now one mess up is okay, I can understand we are human but the same thing twice, come on now!!! So when I called they said the best they could do was give me $20 back and "get" it out the same day. What a slap in the face!!! I suggested a little more of a refund and next day shipping would make me happy as a customer. Of course they couldn't do it otherwise I wouldn't be here writing this review. Buy from them if you want mismatching tires, they are really good at that!!! Rating:
