Subject: crap customer service
Comment: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU LIKE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE OR GETTING WHAT YOU ORDERED. I ordered 4 wheels from this company on June 8th. Wheels didn't come for 2 weeks instead of 5-7 days like they said. Only 3 wheels came. The 4th wheel was getting "drilled" so it had to go to a shop. The 4th wheel finally showed up a week later. So, I took them to get put on. When I get to the shop, the guy tells me one of the rims only has 6 lugs instead of 8. It turns out that it was the wheel that went to get "drilled". How in the world does that happen? What kind of shop gets a wheel and drills it wrong. So I call 1stoprim and they ask me to send the wheel back. It then turns out that 2 of the other 3 wheels are the wrong size too. Supposedly they're gonna fix everything. I send those two wheels back. It takes a week to get 2 wheels back and 3 weeks to get the last wheel back. I then take them to get put on AGAIN and guess what? ONE wheel still doesn't fit. I call them again and again and again. Finally i get an answer. They ask me to send it back again. I decide to take it to a shop here and they say ok, they'll cover the cost. Two weeks later I'm still waiting for them to reimburse me for the work. I finally call them and guess what she says. She wants to deduct the cost of the UPS from what they owe me. After two months of mistakes, wasting my time, money, and energy. She wants to deduct from what they owe me. These people are insane. She tells me that she spent an hour arranging for UPS. I spent several hours over 2 months driving back and forth to a different city trying to get these wheels put on. I would have expected an apology at the very least along with the reimbursement for the additional work THEY had approved. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE would have dictated an additional minimal compensation for all the trouble. Instead what I got was not just one but two people at this company being very rude to me and acting like this was all my fault. A company that didn't always answer their phones. and when they did the person able to help me was not in the office. With a response time of about a week, but only after 5 or more calls and emails to them. And at the end a very nasty phone call to get the reimbursement for the extra work I needed done to the wheel so it would fit. These people DO NOT understand that 50% of business is product and 50% is customer service. They completely screwed up the customer service part AND they didn't even get product right for 2 months. As for the product, yeah the wheels are nice, but only after 2 months of mistakes. But hey I paid for the wheels and for the customer service. I should've gotten what I paid for. These people don't understand that there are other places to get wheels.
